Our version of the Tres Leches Dessert, is a sponge cake, made with organic ingredients (flour, sugar, milk and eggs) with 50% less sugar than the traditional recipe. After baked, the fluffy cake is soaked in three kinds of organic milk and topped with a Fresh Mango Sauce, Chantilly Cream and Raspberries.
