As a Certified Health Coach from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, my intention is to EMPOWER, EDUCATE, AND MOTIVATE individuals and families to achieve their health and wellness goals. I DO NOT diagnose illnesses, I do not offer diets, or exercise regimes, I do not sell supplements, herbs, or magic solutions to weight loss.

Coaching Approach to Wellness
My approach is promoting a healthy lifestyle based on Dr. Sears' holistic and science-based approach to wellness that focuses on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition.
My coaching is focus on lifestyle changes to prevent illnesses and improve overall health with education, support, tools, and resources.

The goal is for the learnings to be implemented easily in the kitchen and on the day-to-day.
Therefore, the coaching and support is provided individually or in groups, in a variety of platforms such as group wellness workshops, one-on-one coaching, online workshops, shopping trips, pantry makeovers and cooking classes. The classes and workshops are always interactive and fun!

The Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). A certification by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is obtained only after completing the extensive course work and meeting all requirements. Once certified, a Health Coach possess the knowledge, tools and resources to make a positive difference in the health of others.
