This is a virtual cooking class focussed on foods that contribute the  nutrients the body needs to create happiness inducing hormones for happy moods.

MOMS4WELLNESS Program is focused in reduced gestational diabetes and hypertension in African American and Hispanic pregnant woman thru nutrition education and coaching, health education, fitness education and coaching, and cooking classes.

Chef Dulce Jimenez, Certified Health Coach, Chef and Wellness Cooking Instructor is committed to help moms-to-be to have a healthy pregnancy with prenatal nutrition classes and cooking demonstrations focussed on meals for healing and nourishment.
