MOMS4WELLNESS Program is focused in reduced gestational diabetes and hypertension in African American and Hispanic pregnant woman thru nutrition education and coaching, health education, fitness education and coaching, and cooking classes.
Every Tuesday at 8:00pm you are invited to participate in a one hour cooking class or nutrition class designed specially for you by Dulce Jimenez, Certified Health Coach, Chef and Wellness Cooking Instructor.
