For more than a decade, I have positively transformed my health by changing cooking and eating habits and making lifestyle choices that have been taken me towards good health and happiness.
I have discovered that a combination of Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutritional habits consistently applied, are the most effective and sustainable way to make a positive impact in my life.
Living with overweight and overcoming a lifetime of unhealthy habits, is not easy. Seeing my sister having the same struggles and losing her to cancer, was even harder. It really shocked me to the core.
I needed to make a radical change in my life and once I did, I needed to help others to do the same.
Being a Chef and a Health Coach has equipped me to support individuals to break free of unhealthy cooking and eating patterns. My life experiences makes me understand the struggles and the education gives me the tools and resources to support you and your family towards a path of good health.

The Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). A certification by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is obtained only after completing the extensive course work and meeting all requirements. Once certified, a Health Coach possess the knowledge, tools and resources to make a positive difference in the health of others.
As a Certified Health Coach from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, my intention is to EMPOWER, EDUCATE, AND MOTIVATE individuals and families to achieve their health and wellness goals. I DO NOT diagnose illnesses, I do not offer diets, or exercise regimes, I do not sell supplements, herbs, or magic solutions to weight loss.
Coaching Approach to Wellness
My approach is promoting a healthy lifestyle based on Dr. Sears' holistic and science-based approach to wellness that focuses on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition.
My coaching is focus on lifestyle changes to prevent illnesses and improve overall health with education, support, tools, and resources.
The goal is for the learning to be implemented easily in the kitchen and on the day-to-day. Therefore, the coaching and support is provided individually or in groups, in a variety of platforms such as group wellness workshops, one-on-one coaching, online workshops, shopping trips, pantry makeovers and cooking classes. The classes and workshops are always interactive and fun!
CHOOSE A WORKSHOP TYPE

L.E.A.N Start Group Workshop (3 Weeks)
This is a comprehensive six (6) hours workshop for parents/caregivers of children ages 3 to 12. It will help families to reach their optimal level in the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. Based upon scientific research and designed by Dr. William Sears as well as other experts in the field of Children’s nutrition, health and fitness.

Prime-Time Health Workshop
Prime-Time Health is for those who want to take charge of their health, prevent disease, avoid disability and spend money on something other than medications and office visits! It is a scientifically proven plan for healthy aging that is taught by Certified Coaches through interactive workshops.
Prime-Time Health workshops teach how to:
Open your internal pharmacy
Make health your hobby
Move waste from your waist
Live without pain and inflammation

Duration: 90 minutes
Formats: Prime-Time Health is delivered in 4 workshops of 90 minutes each to cover the topics listed above. The participant can choose to take one session depending on individual needs or purchase the package with the 4 sessions. The four sessions are also available online to be learned at individuals pace and time.

L.E.A.N. Essentials Workshop
This workshop will provide the basics of L.E.A.N. to parents of 3 to 12 year old.
Designed based on Dr. Sears' scientific approach to healthy living in the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. Suitable for parents that cannot commit to the 6 weeks comprehensive workshops.

Duration: Two and a half hours
Where: Miami Lakes, FL and Coral Gables, FL
Includes: Hands-on activities, light meal, workbook and class materials

Private Workshops and Coaching Sessions / Individuals or the Whole Family
All workshop can be taught in a client’s home. Depending on the workshop, they could be attended by both the parents and children. Private workshops can be provided in one-one-one coaching sessions for one or two clients at a time in the comfort of their home.
Once the client makes a commitment to his/her self-care, I will meet them where they are in their wellness journey, without judgment and compassion... because I have being in their shoes.
